Eligibility Criteria :
1- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is needed.
2- For BPS 15, you should have an M. Phil PhD in a related area. Plus, at least 2 years of teaching experience is required.
3- For BPS 16, you will need a PhD degree and a minimum of 7 years of teaching experience. Remember, 3 years must be from a recognized higher education institution (or something similar).
4- At Entry Level BPS18, having a Master’s degree is essential. You also need at least 8 years of teaching experience, with 4 of those at a recognized higher education institution (or equivalent).
5- For Grade 19, you should have a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of teaching experience. Out of these, 1 year must be from a recognized institution of higher learning (or equivalent).
6- Don’t forget leadership & management skills! Being organized helps too.
7- You need to be self-motivated and have a results-oriented approach to your work!
Salary Mechanism & Accommodation:
Successful candidates will get a great salary package according to the NEDUET scale. If you are unmarried & don’t own a house, you can apply for accommodation at the University. If you have your own place, then you’ll get a conveyance allowance too!

Physical Test:
Before the interview, the personnel department will ask you to complete some physical tests conducted by our expert trainers. These include:
- Lifting up to 50 kg
- Running 100 meters in 15 seconds
- Climbing a rope ladder quickly and efficiently
