Job Responsibilities :
Here are some important tasks for this role:
1)- Reporting: Create clear & timely financial reports for management and stakeholders. It’s key to share important findings and suggestions.
2)- Risk Management: Work with our risk team to spot potential risks, then help come up with ways to handle them.
3)- Investment Evaluation: Help evaluate new investment chances for the bank. You’ll make recommendations from your analysis.
4)- Credit Analysis: Look into customer credit applications. Decide if they are likely to pay back what they borrow.
5)- Compliance: Make sure we follow all laws and rules, plus our own internal policies.
6)- Marketing & Sales Support: Aid the marketing & sales team in creating plans to attract new customers and keep the old ones.
7)- Human Resource Management: Help our HR team with hiring, training, & managing our employees’ performance.
8)- IT Support: Give tech support for the bank’s IT systems and help keep everything running smoothly.
9)- Agriculture Credit: Review credit applications from farmers. Use market trends & risks to give helpful tips.
Minimum Qualifications :
(i) You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
(ii) At least 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related job is needed.
(iii) Strong skills in problem-solving and communication are must-haves!
(iv) Being good with Microsoft Office and other finance software is a plus.
(v) It’s also great if you know about banking laws & regulations.
